It has been an insanely busy month, the arrival of a new son, Jacob Luke and getting the FedEx Stories site developed and launched. Thankfully Jacob is doing great (getting ready to start his developer training) and after a lot of hard work the FedEx site is up and running.
Big props to Stefan, Christian and Alex, a great group of guys to work with. It had been almost a year since I had done much AS 2.0 work so I had to relearn a few tricks and unlearn some AS 3.0 syntax but this was a very fun project to work on and I think the end result is fantastic. I do not typically work on many 'eye candy' sites so I am especially happy with how it turned out. The development was extremely challenging at points but well worth the effort. It is a really great blend of design, optimized video and a lot of code to pull it all together and make it work seamlessly.

Nice work Derrick! What's this world coming to, I'm working on more backend, and architecture type stuff and you're working on Frontend stuff. When did we swap brains?
